Draft Icons - Full

Needed nine overall for this first pass, so this is the first draft of all of them. I'm a little uneasy about using a stronger line-weight for the two on the bottom corners -- the aspect of 'highlighting' is pretty important though, enough so to supersede the want for having a completely consistent lineweight if there's no better option. Feedback welcome (and wanted!)
