Humu Heatmap Explorer

Humu's Heatmap Explorer empowers admins and leaders to explore, filter, and even export data to better understand how different groups in their org are feeling and in turn, to allow those group to felt more heard and included by their org.

This was a highly anticipated feature across many of our Admin users and to make sure we understood their needs and pain points my PM partner and I collaborated with our Customer Success team to get user feedback throughout this project. At the time of its launch, the Heatmap Explorer was our most successful product announcements with a click-through rate from our 3x our average. It has improved our relationship with admins, empowered them to generate their own insights to share internally with stakeholders, and reduced complexity internally at Humu for our Customer Success team and Engineering team during survey cycles!
