Imaginary Bear Illustration

I sat down this past weekend and just started drawing. I didn't set any guidelines or expectations for myself, I just wanted to make something the way I would have when I was five years old. Making something for the pure joy of just making it.

I don't know about yall but I've found creating in this way incredibly refreshing after working on client projects bound by guidelines and expectations. As designers/developers I think we can get so comfortable within the systems that we work in that we forget what it's like to create outside those systems.
