Cast Iron Cowboy is a day-dream I had on a run one morning. Thinking about how much I love old westerns and also thinking about how I was going to cook up some eggs and bacon in my favorite cast iron skillet. "Hey", I thought to myself, "how awesome would it be if someone made a restaurant where the theme was that all the recipes were cooked in a cast iron skillet over an open fire..."
