New years resolution to post more work so here's a little #throwback showcasing our improved comment analytic feature. With comment analytics managers and leaders using Humu are able to instantly gain context and clarity into what their team is talking about and care about in their culture surveys.

Humu uses comment analytics to pull common themes to the top of employee's comments as chips to filter by and to pull related comments directly into their personalized insights to increase visibility and allow leaders to more confidently engage their teams.

This project was a cross-functional dream with a fun exploration period where we brought together people from engineering, UXR, customer success, sales, and of course design, to explore how we could use text analytics to improve our survey experience and best support leaders supporting their teams.
