Black Friday Campaign | Ads and Website

Black Friday 2022 was a huge event for Awari, the YC-backed career development startup. We were able to bring in more leads than we'd ever seen before, and it was all thanks to the Black Friday ads.
The ads were out starting point for the entire Black Friday overlay. The creative decisions made there informed every design aspect of the landing pages and student platform.
In the website, it was important that the overlay could be implemented without making major changes to the overall design of the website; this meant that the new colors had to work well with the illustration/photo collages. After trying out several different overlay combinations, we eventually settled on one that worked well with the header style while still being vibrant and eye-catching enough to attract users’ attention.
