The Barsky Joint Restaurant Experience

Hi Guys & Girls 🔥 !

Since I was young I always loved a food truck.  It seemed so convenient to eat at and what a great way to introduce other types of food to a wide array of people.  

I took on the idea for this Case Study to start an online food business selling food that I love.  I wanted to do a few things to prove how far I can see this happen. 

• Create a Menu 

• Create Branding for the Restaurant / Food Truck

• Create an App to use for the restaurant

Create a menu:

• Barsky Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich - Fresh Buttermilk Fried Chicken, maplewood bacon with tomato / mixed greens and Hiram’s Aioli sauce / served on a fresh potato roll with sweet potato fries

• Barsky Burger  - 1/2 Pound Ground Ribeye with Maplewood Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Tomato, & Avocado / served with truffle fries

• Barsky Caesar Salad / with Ribeye Steak tomatoes & cucumber 

• Barsky Signature Bowl (Grilled Steak, Fried Chicken or Grilled Veggie) - Choose base of rice or mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, Choice of Teriyaki, Greek, or Ginger Sauce.. Finished off with parmagana cheese  

• Barsky Delicious Breakfast Sandwich - 2 Fresh scrambled eggs, Maplewood Bacon, Avocado, mushrooms, aged cheddar on a toasted butter roll. (Hot Sauce Available)

Mixed Cheese French Fries

French Fries

Sweet Potato Fries

Drinks :

Liquid Death - Lemonade or Berry Sparkling Water
