A user flow for one-time giving was non-existent for our church. My role for this project was to design a logged in and guest workflow for giving. Between myself and our design director we simplified the current online giving flow into a few quick decisions. The idea behind the design was for users sitting in a weekend service to easily pick up their phone and give quickly as an authenticated user, or as a guest.

This restructure and care put into the simplified interface was received with much praise from not only the financial department but the congregation. Giving has been more consistent and the adoption of mobile giving has increased week after week since the launch of this product.
