Order Reviews
As part of the membership experience, we collected feedback after every return. If someone wore a shirt and sent it back, we'd send them a push notification asking them to review their experience. This helped us figure out whether something ran big or small, how many times it had been worn, and purchase intent.
More importantly, these reviews helped us better understand our members and power recommendations. If an item ever went on sale, we could also re-target members who had previously reserved it and offer exclusive discounts.
Lastly, all of this information fed into our buying practices, editorial content, and how we merchandised the app. It was one features we prioritized from day one and continued to iterate on throughout the years.
