„Freshpod” is not just a vending machine. It helps to build an image of an attractive employer, thanks to tasty meals available 24 hours a day. „Freshpod” is one of the brands of AMM Systems.

About the „Freshpod” app

This app is an access key for the „Freshpod” vending machine. It is used to check the menu and availability of products. It allows the user to set preferences, regarding their diet, allergies or favourite flavours. Users may also earn loyalty points and exchange them for discount coupons. The first contact with the app requires entering some necessary data. At every step, the user is informed as to what to do.

The application is divided into:

• a „Menu” window, containing a menu of meals assigned to the selected device. Each meal has a detailed description. If a meal is not in line with a specified diet, the app will attach a relevant notification.

• a „Coupons” window, in which users can activate discount coupons with points they had earned.

• a „Coupons” window, in which users can activate discount coupons with points they had earned.

In certain key places, the user can quickly generate a key to open the fridge containing the food. Thanks to a connected card, the payment can be made easily. All invoices are available in one place. The help screens have been divided into categories and subcategories in order to make the process of navigating the app easier, despite any negative emotions it may be accompanied by.
