UI Design and Notes for an Amended Process

The app is adding an additional feature to request from institutions who are not yet partnered with the app. In order to make this happen, we are manually forwarding requests to un-partnered institutions and sourcing their information as requests are made. In order to accommodate this, I created an amended interface to prototype this use case
