Concept visualisation | Coworking "Work Different"

A coworking space with charm and ambition. The owner wanted to start marketing her interior design project in Dachau at an early stage. At the time of the visualisations, the workspace was still under construction.

The aim was to create appealing motifs for the website and communication on social media. Interested parties were also to be given the opportunity to get an initial feel for the space using VR glasses. It was to be a real VR experience.

Bring your plans to life with CGI: The basis for our work was a SketchUp planning file in which the interior design was conceptualised. We processed and reworked the 3D models it contained. This resulted in photorealistic renderings and a VR visualisation.

We wanted to visualise the interior design as precisely as possible in CGI. The aim was to give viewers the feeling that the coworking space was already furnished with our visualisations. We therefore had to find suitable 3D models or model them ourselves.

With our work, the time-to-market was shortened considerably. It was possible to start advertising the premises even though the interior design had not yet been finalised. An efficient workflow also made it possible to create a VR visualisation, which burns itself into the user's memory and allows them to experience the space in a special way.
