State Birds Midwest

The 2014 State of the Birds assesses the health of our nation’s bird populations through a set of habitat indicators, a Watch List of species most vulnerable to extinction, and a list of the Common Birds in Steep Decline across the United States. These four information graphics were made to introduce the full report in partnership with Media Cause & Cornell Labs.

As the designer on the project I was responsible for the entire visual communication of these four infographics. This was done using typography, iconography, & data visualizations for the four regions of US.
