Brand Identity Reflective of Ethos
Already established brand, Contour required a full brand identity and guidelines that would reflect their sustainable practices and minimal design styles. It was important for them not to feel too corporate but also to remain professional through their messaging, thus creating a simple and design-led identity with simple font stylings and blocks of fluro green to feel current and reflective of their eco ideas.
When developing their collateral, knowing that the print processes had to also be sustainable, gave the opportunity to experiment with recycled and textured papers that would bring a tactile element to the identity and emphasise the brand's ethos both on and offline. Having the recognisable circle throughout evokes the ideas of curves and contours, a perfect shape and colour for the simple styling that was required.
