Aquatic creatures exploding from a roof

Here's that finished piece I worked on a few months back I forgot to post the full :)

Editorial illustration was talking about better ways to spend millions of dollars instead of buying another sports stadium. Something like perhaps an aquarium! which would be useful in a landlocked state.
