Banking Dashboard [Digital]
Analysing data
The design process included one of my most extensive research into analysing how data (from API callbacks) flows from one point to another. The primary focus was to have the dashboard design populate major features with the end-user in mind.
The cycle included three iterations previous to the final design. This also ensured that developers were in the know-how of executing such front-end UI easily.
The transaction details (last shot) was designed to show a high level information-tile to the user (admin). The designs are still under development & flows are included each sprint (latest: 05-11-2022)
360 features
The platform provides end-to-end navigation for a user (admin-side) to retrieve information about the bank customer. The search feature combined with filter options provides a mix-and-match functionality to showcase accurate search results.
Filter to view selected options only. This was achieved using the platform segregation thereby, allowing admins to filter & sort differently.
The design layout that describes different functions of this banking application is streamlined into a set of 4 main categories. By this way, the user finds it easy to navigate as the information is presented to them upfront.
Account 360
A feature interlinked with the customer 360 search functionality wherein an admin who has access to a specific PII can go through one of their customer's transaction details at full-length.
