Real Estate Development Marketing

Applewood approached Zeal Media in 2014 to revamp their outdated, flash-based website and create various marketing materials like postcards, business cards, and video ads to promote their real estate development. In 2020, they asked us to update their marketing strategy, targeting young families and highlighting the development's proximity to Saskatoon. We designed a new website with an interactive lot map, detailed pages with embedded video and professional photos, and feature sheets that matched the website's content. As a result of our SEO efforts, the website's organic traffic rose from an average of 108 visitors per month to 309 visitors per month, an increase of 283%.
