WaggingTails- Dog Walking App
The Problem
We get it, life is busy. Finding the perfect dog walker is challenging when there are so many factors to consider. From trusting a stranger to affordability, WaggingTails has designed the perfect app for all your dog walking needs.
Research
We began by interviewing dog walkers and found that the most common pain points were trust, cost, and reliability. WaggingTails took the research and made sure to include features like background checks, fair pricing and community reviews to address the problems.
User Flow
The user flow displays the complete path from signing up to booking a dog walker. The user begins at the entry point and continues throughout the flow chart where they are asked to select tasks and complete forms.
Wireframes
Once the user flow was at a good place, low fidelity wireframes were created. The wireframes were used to visualize and organize all the information gathered for the app.
Visual Design
The final product came to life once I added content and design. Color and typography were carefully chosen to create a friendly and trustworthy interface.
Prototype + Testing
Although the product looked finished, it was time to build the prototype and have it tested. Users were given tasks to perform and call out challenges they faced while using the app. With the feedback provided, the app was updated each time to make the experience a little easier.

Outcome + Results
Building WaggingTails was a fun and challenging experience. From research to designing, I learned a lot from my mentor and classmates and have had a wonderful experience building this app.
