D&D Made Us A Better Company
As a kid I fell in love with fantasy, I loved the idea of going on epic quests, weapons & magic, and how a small group of misfits could help decided the fate of the world. This love of fantasy and adventure led me to the world of table top RPG’s as an adult, and eventually to the world of Dungeons & Dragons. Through storytelling, role playing, and very little visuals an incredible experience could be created, the likes of which video games and other media couldn’t capture. For a few hours each week it truly felt like, temporally stepping into the shoes and lifestyle of another person. A character “You” created and brought to life during the course of the game.
Over the course of years of playing DND I have noticed their are clear business takeaways that are easy and practicable to apply in any business and we have already applied at Rogue Studio, which have helped our team to grow and have strengthened our communication, creativity, and collaboration.
