Sally and Friends - Kids game UI design

Here's a screen to a game for kids aged 4 - 9 i designed. it's a game i called play with sally and friends, in this game no answers are wrong, all answers are alternative solutions to the question asked. the thrill in the game is kids reading fast and their brain choosing an answer quickly to beat the timer at the top of the screen.
Teachers or guardians can look at game history and observe the pattern of which the kids answer and know what or how the child can improve based on arithmetic. a good example is seeing a child game history and most of his answers picked are additions, it'll tell you that the child is comfortable with adding numbers and might need more tutoring in aspects like multiplication or division.
Play with Sally and Friends is a Win Win game, players don't fail so they don't feel bad for losing a game round, and the game rewards them after 5 consecutive rounds with funny kids videos or trivia or puzzle games to keep them engaged in the learning and playing process.
