HNG stage 8 task: Naija MedicRec is an application that creates and collects patient’s health identity and record history which can be accessed in any health institution in Nigeria, with the use of a unique QR Code, printed on a card or stored digitally. Patient’s health history can be accessed by scanning their cards, which can only be authenticated by a verified health practitioner.
