Optimising the payment and checkout experience of an e-commerce platform.

At Ria Co, we have recorded a high abandonment rate from Users at the point of Checkout on our e-commerce platform. After a series of research, it was discovered users do not proceed to make payment after selecting items on their cart. The company is building a new payment gateway to help optimize the platform and convert more purchasing customers. As a UI/UX designer, design the experience of the new payment gateway with a visual interactive interface. The payment gateway will enable users to pay with the following payment method;

• Wallet

• Bank account

• Credit – You can collect some information to profile users and display their loan amount during check out
