Intelligent SaaS solution for cloud call centers with deep integration with modern CRMs.

Problem:

While developing an advanced SaaS solution for cloud call centers deeply integrated with modern CRM systems, a significant challenge arose. Call center assistants were struggling to efficiently manage their tasks due to the need to view client call information and navigate through multiple windows and buttons. This led to a cluttered screen environment, making it difficult to access vital data and slowing down their workflow due to awkward navigation.

Solution:

To address this issue, was suggested and implemented a solution involving the creation of an additional information window. This compact, resizable, and movable window displayed all necessary client information and could be placed on top of the main interface. By doing so, it provided call center assistants with a streamlined view of essential data, eliminating the need to switch between different windows. This enhancement significantly improved their efficiency and productivity, allowing them to focus more on their interactions with clients and less on navigating the software.
