Business Insights Reporting
Last year I had the opportunity to revamp the company's business insight pages. These reports are accessible from our client-facing dashboard and provide insights into the value that PetDesk is creating for veterinary offices.
In order to complete this task, we had to interview several veterinary offices to understand what data was most important to them and how they wanted to view that data. There were two aspects to the business insights feature of the product:
1. The ROI (return on investment) report which showed the value PetDesk was creating for the business.
2. The Loyalty report which showed the additional value being created for clinics that had opted in to the loyalty program.
