Fence Setup Flow Wireframes
It can be easy to skip over creating wireframes especially if you already have a built-out, defined process you are just making tweaks to.
After testing a setup flow we'd been working on for over a year, we learned that while some changes we made were working really well and solving user problems, we needed to reorder some steps in the process.
I went back to the wireframe stage to separate myself from the high-fidelity prototype and solutions already defined so I could focus on the process and flow at a more simplified level.
Going back to a lower-fidelity wireframe helped me refocus and effectively use learnings from our research to reorder the steps in the setup flow.
