Wedding Invitation

I got married to my best friend on November 29, 2014. As a graphic designer, I took on the tedious task of designing our invitations. Of course, like any graphic designer bride, we wanted to step out side of the standard invitation look and create something that was very ‘us’. Thankfully I had done a lot of research before I started, so the process was super organic and simple. We printed them ourselves on 100% recycled kraft paper, with navy blue ink. Keeping with the Save the Date postcard, we wanted to make the RSVPs postcards as well. To ensure the important information was legible, we used an off-white card stock. We got lots of positive feedback on the invitations, which made all of our efforts worth it.
