Como Courtyard Brand Identity

(UPDATE) The Como Courtyard and Guest House is a fully furnished rental property located in the heart of Como Mississippi’s Commercial Historic District. The property owners wanted greater dominance in the upscale rental environment ans hired me to do the rebrand.

The house features a New Orleans-style private courtyard with a relaxing fountain, hot tub and ivy walls. The logo takes its cues from the New Orleans/creole-influenced architecture and one of the houses' most prominent feature, the courtyard fountain. Additionally, the concentric circle motif used in the stationery package refers back to pools of water and the fountain.
