Day 6: Abandoned Cart Re-Engagement
The goal of this challenge is to re-engage a user who has left items in their online shopping cart. How would the bot motivate the user to continue shopping?
Thought process:
Addressing the customer by name personalizes the message. Personification helps create a strong emotional bond with the customer. Incentivize the customer to make the purchase but set a time limit to add a sense of urgency. Make the purchase process more convenient for the customer by providing a link.
