Negotiation Platform (MVP)
"Online Lawyer" – Coven platform. The goal was to digitalise whole negotiation process. Platform allows to create official legal agreements between two sides, customise them for each specific case and negotiate terms on the spot. It is represented by Admin Dashboard and Client App
Personas
There are 3 different Personas: Admin from Platform side, Client (Company or Individual), Admin from Client side. Their roles are framed with several specific activities for each role accordingly

Service Blueprint
Visualises the relationships between different service components — Admin, Platform and its processes, Clients — that are directly tied to touch-points in a specific customer journey.
UI Kit
Since the customer didn't have own design system, only logo and brand colours, I designed necessary elements: buttons, statuses, hints etc.
