Mission: 

Create and launch a fast-casual brand that proves that sushi can be a healthy, fast, and affordable snack.

Mission Accomplished:

  • Possible Channels of Communication: chose Instagram and Twitter as the most effective channels of communication. Also, we created a Facebook page to be just present for those researching the brand.

  • SMM Strategy, Content for Social Media: based on the studied competitor promotion strategies, social platform trends, and target audience triggers, we created a community-focused strategy. We've also made monthly content plans with texts and design based on provided photos and videos to ensure brand consistency. 

  • Influencer Marketing: achieved increased brand awareness in the local market by collaborating with 20+ Chicago bloggers and influencers.
