Thought it could be cool to share the process that went on this guy.

Was super inspired by this piece by Alessia Margarita after very little creative work during the summer💜🍺

I usually leave gradients and small details ready on vectors, and move on to procreate to add some tiny details. It varies how much detail I add afterward.

Was having some issues with the feel of the bottles, and details on the bucket hat

If you're unsure just duplicate the artboard. The pink bucket hat might come useful later, maybe not, but it's good to have it somewhere in case I change my mind

Wanted to add detail to the shoes here, hands were rough to figure out, but specially with vectors it feels as if you're moulding clay or plastiline until something makes sense.

Went with a dribbble image format at first, the shoe on the corner made it feel cool

Picking colors usually comes early on, I just pick what makes sense and I think looks cool. Here I was reusing some hands and elements from the face I have used before

The closest to the main reference I had. Wanted to try more color blocks, less gradients but ended up somewhere in between
