Sprocket iOS Onboarding Referral Prompt

This is back from when this prompt was added to onboarding - see what was rebounded to see the full onboarding flow. Basically at this stage have to give the rider an option to sign in since they havent created an account yet before the referral UX can be shown + bonus: if they choose to sign in to use the referral opportunity theyve now signed in and have created an account which makes selling faster!
