In 2019, our team worked with the team at Tenten to redesign one of Taiwan's biggest telecom carriers, FarEasTone Telecom's (FET) mobile application. FET is the 2nd largest telecom company in Taiwan providing wireless networking services to more than 7M customers.
FET's goal was to revamp their old mobile application in order to increase user engagement and revenue by offering more than just telecom services on their app.
We worked with Far Eastone Telecom for 6 months to research, strategize, define and design a mobile app that ultimately increased the app's MAU's by 40% in 4 months and the revenue generated by the app by 20%-30% MoM.
