MyFawry (fintech Mobile App)

Task

Improve user experience and visuals on the myFawry home page app. follow all modern methods and practices to give users a futuristic, accessible, and relevant experience.

My observation

It was the first time I downloaded the myFawry app. As I expected that I discovered a unique user journey. myFawry is a daily app with a vast number of transactions. one of my thoughts is that it’s sensitive to add a new single update to the home page without understanding the user's pain point. I could create a solution that will support the current one and gives the user an unforgettable experience. I will make a few updates to icons, illustrations, and overall user experience.

Quick Overview

How can UI/UX design simplify the idea of managing all things money from one screen app? Payments, transfers, and everything in between.

when I started to improve the new home page, I considered five key topics user, family, friends, money, and service. Trying to understand all our Insights about online payment behavior and the global online payment market.

Fintech's industrial future has significantly improved gamification, social integration, big data, and Robo advising. How myFawry home app has to be easy, intuitive for the user, and provide the perfect customer experience now and in the soon future.
