Blok is an award-winning fitness studio for all levels.

Problem: There is no seamless experience for a customer to reserve classes across multiple studios and home.

Goal: Research, strategise and design an end-to-end mobile app experience to help Blok customers explore and book classes, with a focus on increasing average class attendance and customer satisfaction.
