About the client

Feature Map is a story mapping software that provides unlimited virtual space to its users to build and share beautiful story maps and collaborate on their projects in a secure environment. Feature Map brings you all relevant story mapping and communications features, such as: creating checklists, attaching documents, assigning tasks, leaving comments, exporting files, creating workspaces, inviting members, and empowering users so they can work on projects in the most efficient way.

Challenge

The new version of FeatureMap allows users to manage members right from the dashboard and does not require opening the map. The main challenge here was to organize a lot of information in one place, namely popup. This popup is used for managing the permissions that all members have, reviewing the status of members, selecting several members at once, deleting members from the map, as well as individually and group granting and revoking permissions. In addition, at this step we can also invite new members to the map, and again without opening the map. We have also enabled easy user search through the search bar. Since we have many functions and options in one place, it was primary to create a good structure and hierarchy of information that enabled an intuitive flow.
