A quick case study on the ongoing dashboard idea.

Hi there Dribbble, recently I've took on a project where the goal was to onboard the user a bit better and introduce the PLG concept into the product.

Together with the team we've conducted user interviews and brainstorming sessions internally.

Let's begin with analysing the potential user flow upgrades.

We had to make quick improvements because of resources and solve the most important problems.

The goal of PLG is to take the load of sales team and make the product motivate the user to sign up and upgrade. What was lacking is the current version of the product does not give enough quick value to the user without engaging the sales team and actually walking the potential customer through the product flow.
