Work style quiz

Humu’s work style quiz is fun way for employees and teams to get to know themselves better.

I loved working on this project since I got to work on initial discovery with our science teams all the way to finishing the final visual design and beta testing.

 Some unique highlights included:


- Lots of user research (50+ sessions) from testing various sharing & privacy flows to determining the names for each work style

- What felt like hundreds of iterations on the visual style. I wanted to strike the balance between approachable and warm, but also scientific and insightful.

- Using various UX approaches to make the quiz inviting and sticky

- Leading the team to produce 16 brand new illustrations (from concepts, sketches, and execution)
