Labor Rule View Edge Case

While there is a maximum of 5 rule types, it is very unlikely that all 5 would ever appear for a user. Especially since 2 of the rules are only used by a couple of our clients. Most use the main 3. I still wanted to show case what it would look like to have an overlap of all 5 rules and how that would be displayed for users. My solution was to make each color slightly transparent and the bars will pop a little on hover, allowing lower levels to be easily selected.
