Labor Rule View

This is a view for users to create labor rules that are based on operational hours, not fixed hours (meaning something like "one hour before open" versus "9:00 am" since an owner of multiple store locations may not open all their stores at the same time. Here users can create rules and view how and when those rules are applied throughout the week. Each rule type has a color associated with it. There are a maximum of five rule types.
