Dark Mrak - tattoo studio branding

This was a branding project for a tattoo studio based in Novi Sad, Serbia. Besides the logo, I was tasked with creating a name for the studio, where the client and I settled for Dark Mrak ("Mrak" being "Dark" in Serbian).

My main motif was a hand holding a needle, on which I based the symbol on and matched the typography later on.

For a brochure that went on a tattoo convention that presented my client's work, I played around with brush strokes and the tip of the needle to get these tears with showcased skin.

The shirts I gotta admit came out über cool and are my personal favorite out of this project.

A sticker pack was developed to follow up on the branding,

and the stickers were were off the wall – in the best way possible!
