Gift Card Marketplace UI Design

Pounce Pay is an online gift card marketplace that was founded based on the idea of flipping 'buy now, pay later' on it's head. Instead, Pounce Pay offers consumers the ability to 'buy now, get more later'.

The MVP was built using the Wordpress platform, providing a marketplace for shoppers to browse and purchase gift cards online that increase in value after a specified period by the business owner.

Shoppers browse through a simplified shop listing, with abilities to filter stores by bonus values, gift card value, in-store or online only shops, categories and more.

When a shopper purchases a gift card, they receive instant access to a digital version that sits inside their accounts 'wallet' through the online platform.

The digital gift card features a large QR code for easy scanning when presented in-store. A countdown timer sits below the gift card value, letting the shopper know exactly when to expect their bonus value to be applied.

Once the bonus value is applied to the gift card, the value increases and the shopper now has access to more for spending.

Gift card numbers are copy/paste-able with the tap of a finger, so that they can be input with ease during online checkouts.

Business owners have access to a suite of tools inside their dashboard, where they can view all earnings for the month, review store analytics, customise their storefront, add new gift cards and access our custom purpose built QR scanner to easily scan QR codes presented in-person.

Shoppers present their digital gift card in-store to redeem them for purchases.

When a gift card is scanned by a business using the purpose built QR scanner, that gift card gets marked as redeemed automatically in the system, ensuring a smooth and seamless workflow.

The Pounce Pay platform is set to launch at the start of 2023, and is currently accepting registrations from business owners to setup their stores.
