Be a good listener

It's simple. You can't design an easy-to-use product that meets the user's needs if you don't learn to listen to them.

The illustration above is one of the many illustrations I did a few years ago when I was at Deputy. We were trying to create some meaningful illustrations for the values of the design team. Listen to Learn was one of them!
