Onboarding and first-time UX

Using the endowed progress effect to

1) teach people the UI and set expectation around leveling up

2) get them to come back and perform an activity ASAP to get to the next level

3) use the level up bar to indicate progress through onboarding / data entry

not sure they ended up using it...
