Arctic Bubbl. Seltzer Concept

This is a personal project where I designed the branding, created prototypes (packaging and mobile UI), and an ad for a brand that had a goal of helping the oceans while being more sustainable themselves compared to other competitors.

I researched what packaging options would be more sustainable, what would go into creating designs that popped out to consumers, and focused on how to truly reach people who cared about saving the ocean.

Arctic Bubbl. (if it existed) would donate a percentage of their profit to organizations that help with ocean and beach clean ups, as well as research into helping clean the oceans. The packaging is made to be fully recyclable with glass and wood for the bottles, and printing directly on the glass rather than creating labels to go on top. On it's website, there is a section for consumers to fill out a form to return bottles to be cleaned and reused. These bottles would have drop off locations or send boxes for consumers to pack the bottles up in to return (with proper packing materials within the boxes for consumers to use).

Logo Concept

I wanted to create a logo that was both fun and easy to read. This required researching fonts that truly conveyed the bubbly feeling of a carbonated drink that also gave an inviting feeling for people to try the product.

Advertising

To continue this bubbly and fun feeling, I created this ad using both animation techniques in Adobe After Effects and Procreate. Within Procreate, I hand drew animations to give the ad a more personal and fun feel. The ad below is something that you would see while scrolling through Instagram.

Mobile Website Prototype

Below is a video of the mobile site prototype. Like mentioned above, this is where consumers would go to return bottles. This website also has information of how much profits are being distributed to ocean clean up efforts, about the company, and also provides a store front for people to buy their products if it is not offered at their local grocery store.
