The Challenge

Sola came to us with a few problems with the flow of their old site. The user flow couldn’t convey the information they wanted properly, their agent sign-up flow was complex, and overall the process was slightly boring. Considering Sola’s team wanted their website to feel like a safe and caring space that's honest and will always have your back, there needed to be a large-scale UX change that included visual design updates as well.

The Solution

We designed and created 2 user entry flows, one for the customer user and the other for an agent user. These flows not only improved the website's aesthetics to create a more pleasing experience for users, but also enhanced the user flow by alleviating any confusion to produce a more friendly user experience.
