Taipinhas mostra a sua Vila: Illustration Book

Taipinhas mostra a sua Vila is a book about Caldas das Taipas village that walks us through the village's points of interest.

The story was written by the students of the 4th grade of Charneca School (Escola Básica da Charneca). The book was illustrated with the help of the 3rd grade’s students.

The main character is a spoon named "Taipinhas" (after the name of the village) and it's Taipinhas that allows us to get to know all the interesting things. The spoon was actually produced and offered/sponsored by a cutlery of the region, as Caldas das Taipas is known for their cutlery companies.

The book eventually turned out to be a guide book for the tourists and even the residents.
