Here we present a shorter intro to our interesting project with AniCura.

AniCura

AniCura is the place to go when your pet is ill or injured, or just for standard vaccinations and treatments. They manage over 300 animal hospitals and clinics in 12 countries and have become a large player in animal care.

About the project

The AniCura websites need to attract and delight lots of different target groups, in several countries. And to top it off, there are local differences and requirements from individual clinics, which put us to work from a UX perspective, both for the editors and for the visitors. The overall goal was to:

• Streamline the brand

• Maintain a strong SEO presence

• Simplifying online booking

• Creating a seamless user journey - enable the user to easily switch from national content to local content for a specific clinic/hospital

Challenges

• Lots of different target groups with different goals

• Hard competition for SEO within the field of animal care

• Creating a website that takes local differences and requirements into account
