Hey 👋🏻 After the big September Figma update - it is possible to configure component properties by:
⚡️ Expose nested instances
⚡️ Preferred instances
⚡️ Simplified instances

My World Cup schedule template was a great example to apply these features. By advanced nested components configuration, you can easily pick the right team for the finals ladder, update the score or group situation.
I also added some filtering mechanisms but is a pretty brute-force solution for every new component. Hope that will be soon a more elegant way to implement filters and find the nested objects in Figma.
