Paisley Town Centre Vision Document
Commissioned by Renfrewshire Council, the Scottish Government, and Scotland's Towns Partnership, the publication was a ripe opportunity to demonstrate the power of reimagining town centres across the UK, and put my employer's practice on the map when it came to project masterplans.
Compared to prior publications, the project was contributor-heavy, from the text, 3D visualisations, architects and more. Versioning and tracking changes across multiple collaborators meant keeping a flexible template use-able by all copywriters.
The design brought methodology and order, providing a route map through the complexity of such a broad topic.
The publication was a resounding success – being picked up nationally by news outlets such as the BBC <read here> and attracting media attention to the practice. A lighter more digestible edition of the document was published and been selected asa High Streets Task Force casestudy.
